Since I started my personal chef business in Tucson, I have had the opportunity to meet a variety of gracious and friendly individuals. During the time that I work with my clients – either on a one-time basis for a special occasion or on an ongoing basis to do their cooking, I truly develop a relationship with them. After all, I’m coming in their homes, giving them individual attention and serving their culinary needs! I’m having so much fun following my passion!

Thus far, 2010 has been a busy year for me. Here’s just a sample of what I’ve done.

  • I prepared a four-course sit-down new year’s eve dinner for 12
  • I gave cooking lessons to a mother and daughter in their home
  • I prepared an elaborate buffet for a 40th birthday party with 35 guests (For my larger parties, I subcontract an amazing staff of waitstaff, kitchen help and clean-up, bartenders, etc)
  • I provided the food and set-up for a business networking event
  • I provided lunch for 100 at a NAWBO/YWCA event
  • I currently work for two separate individuals for whom I am preparing weekly meals.
  • While not as recent, last year I prepared a romantic dinner for two whereby the gentleman who hired me asked his girlfriend to marry him. It was so special!

I could go on, but I think you get the picture. As a matter of fact, take a look at some of my pictures.

In a few weeks, I am preparing a rehearsal dinner buffet for 145. My biggest event! I’ll let you know how it went in a subsequent blog. Ciao for now!
